The Junior Scientist Club is geared towards children and their families. Guests will do experiments such as make a mini volcano, witness shark dissections and excavate a dinosaur at a mock site. Members of the Museum will receive a Junior Scientist Club card. If you currently have a museum membership and want to sign your child up for The Junior Scientist Club please e-mail science@lvnhm.org Join us every Saturday. Critter Connections will offer children and families the opportunity to be up close and personal with the wonderful variety of animals that call the Museum home. Every Saturday the Museum will feature a new fascinating animal that will inspire a natural curiosity for all ages. Critter Connections is every Saturday. May 10 - Tarantulas
Shark Feeding Imagine you’re swimming in the darkness of the ocean and you encounter a shark, what do you do? Have this and other questions about sharks answered by our Live Animal Curator, Jack Jewell every Saturday at 2 pm.
